Hi I'm stuck in 1891, not very far back I know but my family seem to have dissappeared between 1891 and 1901 census. I've searched high and low and it seems I've lost a family of 8, I know thats very careless of me but there you go. The family name is Stott, John 1861c head, Hannah/Ann 1861c wife, children were, William 1876c, Robert (my g-grandad) 1879c, John 1881c, George 1884c, Hanny/Harry 1888c and Alice 1891. Any one help? Sorry should have mentioned they were all born in Stockton-on-Tees except John senior who my g-Aunt says was born in Kirbymoorside. |

Where were they born and which area were they living in 1891? Sorry - logging off now - but if you post more details maybe someone else might be able to give it a go. Could be they've been mistranscribed on the 1901. |
