Missing images on Ancestry or is it just my pc pla

Hi - could some kind person please have a look at something on Ancestry for me and tell me if they are able to view the images? I was searching for MARRIAGES - name Harold SANGER, for year 1930 (Qtrs 1 - 3) and also 1920 1st qtr name Christopher SANGER. When I click on these all I get are blank pages, even if I scroll forward or backwards a couple of pages. Thanks for any help!

Seems to be working for me, although a bit slow to load. No Harold in the first 3 qtrs. of 1930 No Christopher in first qtr. of 1920 Kath. x

Ah, many thanks for looking both of you - I can't understand why I can't view the pages. I sent Ancestry a message reporting missing images - so now I feel a right fool. It's strange how I could view certain quarters and not others. Oh, and after all that the marriages weren't even there. That's a pain. Will have to plod on with the searching then. Can I just ask, are you both using the 'Downloadable Enhanced Viewer' to view the pages? I'm not - could that be why?

Thanks, Ann - maybe that's why it is being unpredictable. Most of the day I had been able to view the indexes then suddenly I began getting lots of blank pages, so it was a bit strange. I just thought Ancestry hadn't downloaded them yet. Oops!

I've had the same problem intermittently. I find the only way to see some images is to change the magnification (sometimes I have had to change it several times before the image loads). Even then I have failed to load some images Mark

hiya, now wether its just you or just me, or ancestry, but, if i try to veiw a page, say census, sometimes it loads fine using enhanced veiwer, but then other times it wont load for love nor money, to get round this problem i just use the basic veiwer, and it loads everytime, what also i have found is that if i go and delete all my cookies and history this rectifies the problem. it means relogging into GR and ancestry, but if then the image veiwer works, it is a small price to pay, couple of mins relogging in.
