Hi, sorry, been away from the boards for a while. Thanks Lisa, I'll try that. Carol and Rose, I haven't found them yet so I'll post their names and ages on here later today - need to get back to m-i-l for their ages. Many thanks to you all for offering help!

Helen, there are a couple of people on the boards who might be able to help you, but in the meantime, here is a telephone listing: http://www.whitepages*com/10583/?source=GO000009&KW=411 (replace * with .) I've never used that site, so be careful of any charges (as some telephone sites do charge for information).

Can anyone help me trace living rellies in the Boston area? For my mother-in-law's 75th birthday we are taking her and an uncle to Boston to visit her favourite cousin who married and emigrated decades ago She talks a lot about this cousin and imagine our surprise when she said she doesn't know where she lives, what further family she might have, etc etc. The way she went on we had thought they had been in constant touch all this time!!!!! I was thinking about electoral rolls or similar but really would appreciate some ideas. Thank-you!!! Oh yes, and of course it's an Irish surname! Bound to be thousands!
