Yes Val, there are several with the name, but none early enough - I would think she would have to have been adult in 1840 to rent property, so a birth date before about 1820 at the latest seems indicated. Of course, she may not have lived there, could have been intending to sub-let. Update: Looking again this morning, I suppose the 1806 lady born in Monmouth is a possibility, but its a long way from Leamington. (I am assuming it is Royal Leamington Spa - maybe there is another one?)
