I have been having trouble getting access to genes site as any one else had the same trouble where they keep asking to log in and you go around in a circle . Somtimes I can get in and other times not ,Is there anything I can do to stop this very frustrating prob hoping you can help please |

It is something to do with your security settings. I had the same problem when I changed over to broadband ...I'll try to find the thread for you. Annette |

Thanks for your help Annette i'm glad I am not on my own it's hard trying to get help off the Genes people if not impossible thanks again |

I'm sorry I can't find the thread. I know some kind Genes Member advised me on this but I'm not exactly sure now what I changed! I think you need to check your security settings in INTERNET OPTIONS, which you will find in your CONTROL PANEL (START MENU). When you have adjusted your security settings then you will be able to access all the pages again. You could also ask the GENES SUPPORT TEAM in the CONTACT US section of the Genes Homepage. They are very helpful aswell. Hope this has helped. |
