Lynda I have relatives who changed their christian names & sometimes their surnames! Sometimes you have to go with your instincts. Angela

I am really non-plussed about this. This morming I received Ann's wedding cert. It states that her father was George George a currycomb maker, and that one of the witness'es was emanuel george. The marriage took place Dec. 1860 in a registery office, her age was down as 19, so was her groom, but I know he was only 17

I understood george george was still alive in 1851, perhaps I should have asked for a 1841 look up. Do any of the Anns have a brother emanuel?, and it would be the tipton area they lived
