Help with printing please

I bought a printer today and need help with printing. I have saved my census to floppy disc. When I come to open them there is nothing around it for me to click to print. Anyone any suggestions please. Also while Im at it is there anyway I can get rid of the black boarders. I will look on here tomorrow as it is now 10 to one in the morning (I have been printing everything in sight since I got it lol) Thankyou Jayne |
