When my mother went there a few years ago, the priest helped them and what's more, seemed to know where everything was right down to the surname!

Angela Hubby went a few years ago. Take a crash course in Latin names before you go. Otherwise he found it easy. Margaret

Hi Birmingham Central Library tell me that the Roman Catholic registers for Birmingham are held at St Chad's Cathedral. Has anyone used these records? How easy or difficult is it to access/decipher them ? Thanks in advance for any replies.
