LOL, love it! Maybe the local councils should post a few leaflets to their elderly tenants giving them the same advice...especially with the price of electricity increasing so much! Hmmm...methinks the young lad must've been well rewarded somehow, don't you?

Was just browsing a website http://www.foxearth.org.uk/newspapers.html found this, did make me chuckle!!! 1741 Ipswich Journal newspaper archiveJanuary 3rd 1741 London----- From St Edmunds in Suffolk we hear that an ancient gentlewoman of 72 years with an estate of £300 per annum had to defend herself from the extremity of the cold weather, in an honourable way taken to bed a young fellow of 23 years
