Since the last fiasco when the service was unavailable for two weeks, it has been surprisingly fast. My last 3 or 4 updates of a c.3-4k tree have been fully processed in under 20 minutes (including the confirmation email). I don't know what sort of rocket Mr Careless (what a name for the IT Director!) put up the techies backsides, but it appears to have done the trick for the moment. George |
