I have just been checking some images to order a marriage certificate for Thomas Robinson / Hellen Sanderson Jan/Feb/March 1856. I know these people married but was just about to click on order cert and realised they have 2 diff page no.s. Looks to me like Thomas is down as 595 instead of 593.Can someone just double check this for me? Thanks for any help. Tracy

Have checked (on Ancestry and 1837) for the images for Thomas Robinson and the page is virtually illegible.

The image for Hellen Sanderson is clear - Whitby 9d 593 If you are sure this is the marriage you want then I would use this reference.

On Wednesday, the 23rd ult., at the parish church, Whitby, by the Rev. J. DINGLE, Captain Thomas ROBINSON, to Eleanor, second daughter of the late Captain William SANDERSON, of Whitby. This was reported in the Malton Messenger 1856. Eleanor was also Ellen/Hellen on cencus.

Well it looks as if it could be right. Have rechecked the image for Thomas Robinson, enlarging it as much as possible, and it could well be 593
