I cannot type in Co Durham....

That means you need to put something in for .*Cornwall and .*Colorado as well as .*co and .*com, but you don't have to worry about .net, .org, .gov and so on. Christine

They don't let you type words beginning with (co) after a . Its meant to prevent website addresses being posted but if you forget to put a space after a full stop you can get some bizarre results in ordinary text as well. I had to put in the brackets as they also dont allow (co) and (com) on their own.

GR will not let you post what they think is a web sire address/e-mail address so you'll sometimes see people put www(.) whatever (.) com copy and paste it, but remove the brackets

Erm - reading between the lines, Genes will not let you type any word which has the letters c*o*m in them! They dont want to give free advertisements to other sites. OC

Does anyone know why words beginning with Co do not come out on the threads. I was trying to put in Co Durham and it was just left out.
