Found a second marriage for husband's gt X 4 grandmother and found her and husband and children on 3 censuses. Tracked down this woman's other children Found her brother's marriage and children and married off and killed off all of his children AND grandchildren!!!

The downside is that I now have so many Higho folk I can't remember who is who - AND I haven't got any further with my family. Husband is only mildly interested. I bet if I found an ancestor of his in Broadmoor he'd perk up!!! nell

Well done Nell, I have also come up with a few second and third marrriages lately and ironed out a few creases in the tree that i thought were rather stange, makes you feel like Sherlock Holmes sometimes doesn't it! Caroline

Chris I'm fairly certain that John Higho is a direct ancestor of my husband. That branch of the family seem to have all been watchmakers/jewellers. nell
