Worked for me-Gene's have lost my tree and membership, almost two weeks ago Despite many e-mails still not sorted. LUCKILY a member sent me a message regarding one of my relatives and it gave me contact to my tree again, which I have saved and stored and almost typed up-so if this happens to you-heaven's forbid-make sure you have an e-mail address of one of your contacts and get them to send you a message via the Gene's Board.
