which phone prefix

Getting excited at sending for my first lot of certs. but need to know what the international phone prefix is for Australia. I have been given by a friend 061 61 +61 but which one would be the best one to use on the forms. just want to make sure i get this right. Sylvia

Hi Sylvia +61 is the 'official' way to put it. The + means whatever code you dial for International access with your particular phone company. Could be 00 in many cases.

The australian number will have an area code ie 02, 03 etc. when you dial it drop the 0 so dial +612 ____. Toni
