Hi guys How can I find someone who doesn't want to be found. My great great Grandfather Ignatius Smith just drops of all records from 1891. I have his wedding certificate to Elizabeth Ann Taylor in 1888 his fathers name is on it William Smith. I know they had two chidren Alice 1892 and Sam 1890 I can't find any birth records of them either. I have trying to find this info for nearly two years now. Got all the rest of the tree in place with this great big gaping hole. Can anyone help out there please please!

Thankyou guys I have the marraige certificate of Ignatius and Elizabeth Ann. Neither Sam nor Alice are listed on the Lancs BMD site. Somebody suggested that Ignatius may have been in an asylum or something. I know thats where I'll end up if I don't find him soon.

Merry

Merry Report 23 Jun 2006 15:25

The Lancs BMD site is not yet complete. I posted the probable birth reg for Samuel further up. Can't see the marriage for Elizabeth's mother, Alice Taylor, to James Whalley either! Merry
