As you've only got 17 people in your tree, then you'll have to delete a maximum of 16 of them. Delete the children before you delete the parents.

you could edit the wrong names and put the right one in then click to save it

You would be far better getting a proper family tree program, entering your family into that then exporting to GenesReunited. Any decent program will give you far more flexibility than GenesReunited which is quite a crude system. Remember to record the source of anything your record. MB

Hi Margaret I suppose it depends on how many people you have added so far. If you haven't added too many, if you click on Import/Export Tree on the left hand side, there is an option to delete your entire tree. If you don't want to start from scratch it's a bit more complicated. You can't delete anyone without deleting their descendants first. Jeanette x

you should be able to just delete them if no children attached to them other wise you will have to delete them too jeanette

can anybody help please? i have started to research my family tree recently and have made a right cock up. i have married my grandad to my mother and my sister to my husband.can anyone pkease tell me how to delete the lot so that i can start again thanks
