Ancestry Help Please.

Can anyone please tell me why when I try to get original records in ancestry, I now have to press 'enter' or 'space bar' to download them. It's just started happening today and it's such a nuisance. Jean |

Although mine flashes up 'press space bar or enter to activate' if you just ignore it, it goes away!! I can print and navigate around as normal without it. so what is it for? dunno :) Kat |

I don't know what the spacebar thing is about, but I take no notice and the image downloads as usual. nell |

The message is reffering to the ability to move the image up and down using a left click and hold on your mouse, instead of the scroll bar down the side. once the image has loaded get the hand showing over the image click on it then click and hold and away you go. Hope that helps people. |
