Devon and Exeter Barracks

My father was billited at the Devon And Exeter Barracks during WW1. I know this because he met my mother there. Does anyone know which regiments etc. were stationed there or any information about them please. I don't know where to start to look for him. Any help will be appreciated. Margaret |
