I have also put this on the General Board please help me find out if there was a birth for a Lucia? not sure if spelt right but last name is Mcguinness born about 1974 to 1975

Australia is a big country and it has several regions. All these regions have their own BMD records so you would need to know whereabouts in Australia this person was born - New South Wales, Western Australia, Queensland? Without more info, no one would be able to help.
