No, didn`t -hubby wasn`t bothered but I felt that because he was one of his 2 sons he should be entitled to something . Parents divorced 50 years ago-hubby`s 54 now-and father in law re married, Ros

Is it in Scotland or England? I tried to get hubby`s father`s by writing to Records O ffice in Edinburgh -they said there wasn`t one -it was 7 years since he died and we only found out last year. Good luck , Ros

Hello everyone, can anyone give me advice on how to obtain a recent will, I read somewhere that you can apply for one if it is over 3 years old.?But i dont know where to start. Thanks for any help Jackie
