HI i have found my great grandfather x 3, William Wooder born croydon surrey 1801,also found his marriage 1821 pallots marriage index 1821 to Jane pike. I have looked through L.D.S to find records of William,any tips please on how to go back further and where to look many thanks to you loren.

It is going to be a case of searching the Parish Registers, Loren. You will probably need to take a trip to the Surrey County Records Office. You should be able to find details of it on the internet. It is also worth putting the name of the parish into Google along with 'Parish Registers' as they may appear somewhere on-line.
