Hi guys thankyou for your replies to my help. Elaine was right I was tucked up in bed for the night. All of you have requested I give you some details, of my dissapearing relo's off the census 1841 - 1871. All following are church birth records that I have from the Much Woolton area, Lancs. JOHN ISLEY and wife Alice (olim Collins). Children: Mary. 1789. Alice. 1790. Jacob. 1792. Mary. 1794. Anna. 1795. Elizabeth. 1798. John. 1799. NB: there were two children with the same name, possibly the first mary died. CHARLES ISELEY and wife Elizabeth (olim Collins, Helsby) Children: Anna. 1812. Charles. 1813. Thomas. 1815. Charles senior is my gr gr gr grandfather. and junior is gr gr grandfather. CHARLES HISELY (1813) and wife JANE (1807) Children: Jane. 1851. Henry. 1856. (gr grandfather) James. 1859. I have found only my gr grandfather and his wife and children on the 1881 and 1891 and 1901 census, But once again under the surnames, of HIESBY, THESLEY and HICSLEY. I have not found any of the family on the 1841 - 1871 census's. As you guys mentioned maybe some fresh eyes are needed. Kind regards, Elaine (down under)

is this part of another request? What is it you are looking for? AH! found yor original message, will put it below **************************************************************************** Hi All, What advise do you have for where I go next. My family are not showing up on the 1841 -71 census's. Eventhough I have found parish records of them being born in an area, prior to this.. Due to the surname being spelt so many different ways throughout my research, I have even tried trawling the census's street by street, hoping to find something that way. Any suggestions on where to go from here? Kind regards, Elaine. (Australia) ************************************************************************* Now , can i re-jiffle the info above and then see what we can find? info from Above Hi guys thankyou for your replies to my help.
