Today I received a death certificate from GRO and it turned out to be the wrong one. OK, this happens occasionally, but I gave a reference check at the time and looking at the info on the duff cert, it SHOULD have failed that check. But they sent the cert anyway, and have presumably charged me £7 for it. Does anyone here know who I should complain to and if GRO are likely to give me a refund? Andrew. PS I'm just about to go out so don't think I'm ignoring you if you reply to this. |
