It may help if you went to a Navy forum website and asked if anyone served there at the same time? |

Hi Anthony Just to clarify - I take it that when you say he was an MP you mean Military Police, and not Member of Parliament? Tina |

Can anyone advise me on how to go about tracing someone that I only have a first name for. I know the person was based at Rosyth Dockyard and I know that it was in May/June 1961. I know that he was an MP (Military Police) and I know the persons name was Anthony or Tony for short. I was told that he was posted to New Zealand shortly after this. I have contacted the Royal Navy but without a last name I'm stuck. I also tried the National Archives but once again I need the surname. I thought I might be able to trace through this website but once again I need the surname. |
