When you export your gedcom from here, how long does it take to arrive please? I did it once yesterday afternoon and once a couple of hours ago. Neighter has arrived. Jeanette x

it normally takes 24 hours but recently i got 1 in 10 mins which i thought was very strange and couldnt be it so exported it again and that took 10 mins too

Jeanette - it depends on how many people in the tree..... as can take upto 24 hours I believe especially if its a Large tree!! xx
