Computer help needed....Disk clean-up

Just need a bit of advise........I have just done a disk cleanup on my computer.....When it finished scanning a box appeared listing all the items that could be safely wiped clean from the computer...Now all I did was click OK and let it finish the clean-up....BUT....not all the item had 'ticks' in their boxes...should I have put the ticks in first ?

I would say that it was only the ones with ticks in the boxes that were safe to wipe clean, so if you had put ticks in the other boxes this would have caused you problems i think? Roy

Roy..that was my first thought ..which is why I didn't tick the other boxes...but now I'm not sure...At least I haven't done any harm I suppose....lol...Thanks

Put ticks in all the boxes. You won't have any problems. Don't forget to defrag as well. If you need more info trawl this site for Judy In the States. She has all the answers listed on there.
