Hi There Is anybody able to advise me on how to look up a will that would have been written for somebody who died in 2003? Is there a records index somewhere that can provide this information? gayle

You can basically ask for a search to be done - the details are on hmcourts-service.gov.uk Hope that helps - there's a lot to read!
