Vanessa, on that forum their are these board, Ships and navies, and Other, you could try a post on one of these, here is the link, http://1914-1918.invisionzone.*com/forums/ remove * although i do know that the hat is what tells them what ship he belongs to. Roy |

Hi Roy. I have been following you answers to Merry on their thread regarding uniform. I have gone onto the website that you have passed on and find it very intresting. I am wondering if they could work out a problem for me. My unknown sailor. I sent the picture to another website and they said they could not tell which year or ship he served on because he is not wearing his hat. I am now at a dead end and wonder if i would be wasting my time posting it? Your views please. |
