I have been getting that for about a week. When I have this site open I might see a message come into the Inbox. Maybe about one time in 10, if I click on Messages, I will get to the inbox and therefore to the message. The rest of the time I get the error message you mention. On those occasions, I have to pick up the email sent to me by GR and use the link on the email to get to my new message. Pain in the ****, if you ask me!! lol Merry

I mean the Inbox etc on GR! My ISP is Orange (Wanadoo) Support suggested clearing Inbox and Contacts etc. My Inbox and Sentbox are empty Contacts is currently 17 pages - still get the error. It looks like a Java problem Jenny

Is anybody having problems accessing their Inbox? I get frequent timeouts and have to keep hitting refresh until I strike lucky. It's been going on for at least 3 weeks. I get message - Error in Messages - please contact support457 - followed by a timeout window from Internet Explorer. I've reported it to Support - no feedback so far
