Daniel Price-age 32?, born England; Elizabeth-age 38, Ireland; William J-age10; Mary E- age 8; Daniel - age 3; Samuel - age 1. Looks like the children were all born in New Hampshire (not certain due to handwriting). Occupations: Daniel in cotton mill; Elizabeth - keeping house; William J in cotton mill. Home in 1870: Manchester Ward 8, Hillsborough, New Hampshire. Date of census: 18 July, 1870. Could this family be yours?

Karen, Do you know when his parents were born and Daniel's occupation? There is an 1870 American census and they could be on that (at least you would know in what state they lived). There were a couple of Daniel Price's, but they were born in Wales. PS On the 1870 census: found a Daniel, age 28, Mary, age 26, Thomas, age 5, Mary, age 3. Daniel - miner; Mary - keeping house. Lived in Scranton, Ward 4, Luzerne, Pennsylvania.

Karen, have you tried looking on the GRO 'overseas' indexes? (free on Family Relatives, pay-per-view on 1837 online) P.S. I would recommend 1837 online for this as it is easier! Kate.
