1901 census prob

On the 1901 census I have a rellie named as Josiah George brn 1861 in Birmingham, although I believe he was born in staffs. On this census he is living with other rellies, as a boarder, at 2 grovesner st west brimingham. My prob is I cannot find him on the 1881 or the 1871 census. Your advice please |

This one on 1871 was born in Staffs.........
