	Hi Jools, at least you tried! I have had AOL for years with no probs but I know from the boards that people don't like it. Now I'm doing a scan for viruses to see what it comes up with..thanks anyway. Jen, didn't think of that idea- thanks! However I really want to sort this problem out if I can. It's just driving me nuts! If the printer was totally knackered then I'd understand but not knowing how to sort it is infuriating. Have a great sunny day! Aileenx

And yes, it will be because you have AOL's blasted infernal customised version (and I can't help with that as I refuse to have aol anywhere near my puter). 	I don't know why however it will print from files like my documents, etc. so I know the printer's fine It's like there's a communication problem somewhere. Does that sound feasible? I have checked cables, changed inks and have unplugged the rotten thing with no joy. Really need someone's help here if that's okay? Aileen
