Merry - OOOhh How I envy you the tidy desk. I know what you mean about the rest of the house though - Grand-daughter was here today, and I HAVE TO SAY - It was HER FAULT!! She moved the cutains in the Dining Room - dead spiders all over the back of them - I will have to take them down and throw them out tomorrow (whilst hubby is playing golf). The excuse will be that 'we are about to re-decorate and I was going round to the tip) !!! This 'hobby' is WAY TOO INTRUSIVE !!!!! I WISH I didn't enjoy it so much. Dea x |

My desk is always spotless and tidy. It's the rest of the house that's the problem.....but (as I've said before) as long as I keep my eyes fixed firmly on the screen, all is well! Merry |

Yes Dea. I've got the shredder on at the mo, trying to get rid of some of the mess. The room looks like a paper mill, I printed loads of stuff not needed and I also scribbled alot so there's sheets of paper with dates and names all over. Hope I don't shred anything I shouldn't. Jean |

No, I have everything bunged into files, but I can't find the bit I want. Desk top is covered in books, files, folders, leaflets, calculator, tissues, stapler, hole punch etc. nell |

Just wanted to share the fact that I have spent the last 2 hours organising census print-outs into 'piles'. I have now put each pile onto the floor to work on and 'organise'. I CAN NOW SEE MY DESK !!!!!!!!!! - Haven't seen it for months !!! What are the odds that tomorrow, or the next day, I will have to spread out each 'pile' back onto my desk in order to 'try' tto organise it further ???? Anyone else have the same problem????????????? Dea Xxx |
