He will be about 45 now, his sister shirley is looking for him. Billy is Shirley half brother and they were split up as children their mother name was Mary Underwood (her madien name was Jones), Billy father name was William Wilkinson. Their last address know was Keele New Castle Under0Lyme Stoke-on-Trent Shirley is desperate to find her brother
