Hello, I am currently helping a very good friend (without internet access) to do her family tree. MATTICKS appears to be a fairly unusual name and was wondering if anyone else had someone of the the same name in their tree - this is the maiden name of her grandmother. Karen

If you click on Search (up the top by the magnifying glass) and type in the surname you will see there are less than 30 matches for Matticks on this site.....names held by only 8 people, but the look of it. You could try messaging each of them. Merry

Does your friend want to trace her family history? Or is she only interested in contacting other people with the name in their tree? Reg

She is very interested in her whole tree, I am trying to find out as much as I can for her, and with matticks being an unusual name (I certainly have never heard of it before)

Have you tried the name search? Or, if you would care to post the grandmother's details, we can see what we can find out...................... Reg
