No I mean any mail....contacts, hot matches, new names everything! Jackie Interesting..I definitely typed contacts, and it didnt show up on the board.

Have you checked your e-mail address and e-mail preferences in 'My Account Details'? You can turn ON or OFF e-mail notications. Paul

Could it be that your ISP or your spam filter is picking them out as spam? Kate.

Hi Paul and Kate, Ive checked everything. All is set correctly. I noticed other people are having the same problem. I have to come into the site to check messages received. Every day for almost two years Ive had some kind of contact...but since 26/5 nothing.( Funny that was my birthday...nice present Genes!) Jackie

My email provider blocks mail from Genes. I had to switch so I can get it lol

I have the same problem. Haven't changed email or blocked them. I used to get them OK but now I have to check site for PMs it's a bit of a nuisance but maybe it's a ploy to get us to check the GR site more often! Barbara

I don't think that there is any conspiracy here. If all settings are correct then the most likely cause is Spam filtering, either by your ISP or your own software. ISPs are using Spam filtering software more and more lately to comply with new laws around the world. If you are using Microsoft Outlook, check the 'Junk Mail' filter. I use a Spam filter called Qurb that originally blocked all GR e-mails until I specified that they were 'safe'. Paul
