Help finding wife please

Does anyone know how I can find a wife if she isn't transcibed on the same page as her husband. He is on Free BMD and Ancestry on his own John Fothergill Ulverston 8e 903 June Qtr 1869 Her name is Jane Thanks jean

Great Merry Thanks Saves me having to wait for the cert. I suppose 'e' does look like 'c' on the images. Thanks again, I think it must be her Jean Still don't know how you manage to do it......so fast.

I just looked up all the Janes who married in Ulverstone district in that Q................ That one stood out. Merry

If you read this again Merry. Just to let you know that Jane Green must be his wife because in the 1901 census a Building Contractor called John James Green and his family ar staying with them, although it doesn't say he's a relative just a visitor.

That's because they sat there with the census form saying....... ''So if we share common grandparents, what does that make us???''..........................''Oh, just put Visitor......who will ever care?????'' LOL Merry
