Is it possible to print reports excluding any notes that you may have made? I would like to make note of registration entries for the certificates that I don't yet have, but don't want the information appearing every time I print the reports.

Margaret- when you go into you reprt, click on 'Format' then on 'Genealogy Report format' You should then get a box you can modify to include notes or not. Simone x

Thanks Simone - I will check that out. I have an old version and am thinking of getting 2006 and this is one option I wanted it to have. Margaret
