Not a silly question. There is no easy way to do it on genes. The only way to do it is to use a family tree programme such as Ftm and merge gedcoms. I added all my names om here by hand.

I am getting loads of connection with one branch of my tree, how do I add all those names to my tree, not very computer literate. thanks jean
