Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Are you using the import facility? If so it will tell you it is uploading and its just a matter of waiting. There has bee problems over the past couple of weeks, but I think it is right now. They should e mail you to inform you once your tree has been processed. Recently patience has been needed to await the download. Hope all is ok soon. Lynda

I waited over 30 min but I was not sure that anything was happening, as all it said was (It may take minute) There was no indication to show that anything was happening Thanks for any reply Felicity
