Maureen - Yes that is them on the 1881 and 1901 - I appreciate you taking the time to look for them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Wendy - A bit gobsmacked that you have found them, on both censuses yet. I have messaged you my email. I look forward to receiving the images. Grateful thanks to you both. Rita

Many of you good folk have on my behalf searched on the 1871 and 1891 for two particular family names – Duggan and Prendiville. Dennis Duggan, wife and family can be found on the 1861 but NOT on the 1871. Dennis Duggan (widower) can be found on the 1881 with his daughter Bridget and son-in-law Michael Prendiville but NOT on the 1891. Neither can Michael Prendiville. I am therefore wondering whether it is possible to establish whether the census sheets for the 1871 and 1891 are ‘missing in action’ so to speak and therefore this line of enquiry is at a dead end. It is possible but unlikely (due to poverty) that they returned to Ireland for these two censuses. Is there access to Irish censuses. Were they taken in the same years as ours, and are they online. Your comments would be very welcome. Regards Rita
