Christine, I've just started getting that message as well. Thought I'd done something wrong. I was going to check today. Once I get the message I can't go any further. My error says the paper size is wrong or the printer has changed. All are the same. Not sure. I'll email them today. |

Try updating the program - sometimes that fixes bugs. Or else get in touch with their support. |

I use Legacy for my Tree and have a problem....I can't print reports because I am getting an error message.....this branch has over 250 members and I would hate to think I have to delete and start again....I have other branches recorded OK but it must be something I have done....can anyone help...please Christine |
