Hi folk, what gives with the renewal rate on here - I have been quoted a different price than a friend has on hers. Anyone else get this? |

Yep! Just go into your account details and change it to continual membership and you should get it for £7.50 |

If you dont have the continual membership option they charge you the newbie price of nearly £10 - otherwise you get it for £7.50 still. Just tick the box on your account details, as per above. |

No they don't tell you and they are dragging their heels about replying to me, at first I was told it was £9.95, a price arrived at by a survey etc and it wasn't until I queried it again that I was made aware there are 2 prices. I would like to know why and of course if I had known there was a 2 tier pricing system I would have changed my membership because their are no benefits in paying the higher price. Whilst I believe the site is excellent value for money, a great network and support from members etc and a site I always recommend to people, I definately agree, very sneaky Elaine |

They charged me full wack Elaine and I argued the toss and they refunded the extra. Silly really bothering over a couple of quid but its the principle, isnt it. |

I'm with you Heather, my husband thinks I'm going to get banned because of the amount of arguing that was going too and fro. The last time it was being referred to the genes team just over a week ago, STILL WAITING Elaine |

Although I sent a couple of protest emails when my renewal came up at the higher price, I was obviously not positive enough! Never got an explanation or a refund. Carol |

Thanks for making me aware. I was just signed up for a year but now I've changed it to the automatic renewal. Gypsyjoe |

Carol I always seem to make a stand and then get into trouble, with no reply so far I think they thought I would go away but I can feel another e-mail coming on... Elaine |
