Help please! I am trying to find more info on a great uncle killed in WW1. Only info I have is his name, brothers & sisters names & parents. I don't know what regiment he was in or army number etc. His name was Robert Morgan & although I can narrow down some possibilities from CWG website, I don't know how to determine which one he could be. Any advice please. Anne

Do you know where he was born as the listings on 1837 sometimes show the birthplace. Don´t mind checking it for you if you can give me place of birth or residence at the time.

As you know parents' names.............do you know when he was born? The age at death would help to narrow the list of possibilities.......... Reg

Thanks eveyone. No I don't have a date of birth although I know he was aged 2 on 1901 census. That gives his birth as London, Brixton & living then at Carlton Mansions, Lambeth. I don't know when he died other than family legend has it he was killed in First World War & assumed never married. Anne
