Did you just delete your thread?? Here's the reply I tried to add:- Nothing surprises me in this day and age Heather. I wish we could send all these 'little darlings!!!' back a hundred years, when our ancestors were holding down full time jobs as servants at the age of 10. That might sort them out!! Glad hubby managed to chase them off. Kath. x |

Oh Kath, I suddenly realised I should put in on General Board, before I was reprimanded! Im just agog. What with neighbour from hell and now this? I mean they seem to have no boundaries or fear now do they? What I want to know is when do all us GR regulars form our own little township, preferably overlooking the sea, and just treat each other with the same kindness and respect that we have on here? (NB - for anyone wondering what the missing thread was about - yesterday afternoon when hubby was working in our garden he heard a banging noise down the end - about 120 yds away- and saw a gang of 13/14 year olds trying to break into our barn!! - he gave chase, one got stuck in some old wire down our ditch, said he was looking for a ball! Hubby, who kept well clear, didnt want to be accused of assault, said, dont tell lies, you have damaged the barn door trying to kick it open - give me your name and I wont call the police this time, but if there is any further damage or anything stolen, I shall send them straight round to you. BUT I am still totally gobsmacked that kids could do that climbing over a steep mound, down a ratty old ditch, up the other side through brambles and stand there in broad daylight trying to break in! |

What a lovely idea. You can put me down for a little bungalow with a sea view, and very nice neighbours please, lol. Kath. x |

Glen, Id have a little kennel built specially for you at the end of the garden. Talking of which, time to take Ralph terrier for a walk in the rotten rain. Actually, this could be a nice little thread if people added what would really be great for a GR (nice peeps only) township. |

OK then,i would wish for 100% ease of use parish records in an easily accessible place with separate areas for the h&w teams,tea/coffee and snacks and no early closing. Oh and a decent draught excluder for the kennel door!! Glen |

You got it. - well the draught excluder anyway. The husband and wife teams would be excluded totally. Id like every parish in Norfolk (what is there Bren, 700?) on tap fully transcribed. |
