Hi Everyone As most of you know it is hard going tracing your Irish ancestors. But can anyone tell me why there isn't more info on the boards about Ireland. There are plenty of people interested in thier Irish heritage,so come on let's have a bit more input from people who live in Ireland and people of Irish blood,who were born outside Ireland. I have put different messages on the boards and had only one reply. Looking forward to your replies. Regards Paul. |

Paul do you have any idea where in Ireland they are from? That way you could look up their Genealogy Library.. if they have one. I found one in Killkenny... Tipperary... and Ballinamore. I just Google where I want and I'm often lucky. Deanna X |

Hi Deanna Thanks for the reply,my family are from Derry City(Londonderry) I have had some success finding family on this site, but i can't seem to find any info on my dads grandmother,birth,marriage or death. I have even been to the records office in Dublin to do look ups on her,with know luck Good luck with your own research. Regards Paul. |

Im also trying to find my great grandmother who is from Ireland but moved to england. but its like hitting a brick wall i cant find anything anyway. so i may try that website as well. Thanks Catherine |
