Hi, I want to purchase a Gedcom program so that I can export my family tree to keep extra records & i was wondering which was the best prigram to go with. I would ideally like one which is easy to read & allows photos etc. Regards sarah

Hi Sarah, If you just mean that you want some software rather than just having everything on GenesReunited then look into Family Tree Maker 2006 I think I saw that's it's at £9.99 at the moment and can do loads of useful things like letting you put a source (or multiple sources) for each & every piece of data you collect... something I needed, I'm such a scatterbrain! and merging census data, and adding photos, and saving to internet, & making gedcoms to be able to update your tree here or send elsewhere and.... and....and... See Heather Positive Thinker's thread FAMILY TREE MAKER, COR THIS IS HANDY I'll try to find it & nudge it for you Sarah :-)
