Ancestry Help Needed

I've just been on ancestry 1881 census, found the person I'm looking for but when I click view record its coming up subscribe now. As I'm a paid up member I don't know why this is. It says I'm logged in and was working fine yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem? Carole xx

Carole, does it happen with viewing any other records on Ancestry? Try doing a cookie and temp internet clear out, i have had the same problem in the past with Ancestry and this worked for me. Roy

Thanks for reply Roy. Ive deleted my cookies but it's no different. In my account details it says I'm a registered guest. I'll have to look for a contact number I think. Carole xx

This seems to be happening to a few people today - ancestry was off and on the other day probably updating and that always seems to cause some probs.

Thanks Heather, I'm hoping it's ancestry and not my puter as I don't understand anything technical! Carole xx

Val, I've tried logging out and then in again but it's still the same. Funnily enough I can get on the BDM records it just seems to be the census it wont let me view. I've tried all Ancestrys suggestions about cookies and it was working fine yesterday. I've just emailed them. Carole xx
