you could try, there is a contact ancestry link on the site, dont worry that phone call is not expensive |

I cancelled by email, then phoned to make double sure! They said that email cancellation worked, but sometimes they have a backlog to work through, so it takes several hours to get an email confirmation back. NB When they ask for telehone number on the email notification, the country code for England is 44 |
